Details

Bug 1494311 ended up needing NSS functionality that did not exist yet, but modifying NSS to have this functionality was not a reasonable thing to try to do for the timeframe of that bug. So, some NSS-like code was added to dtlsidentity.cpp, and just needs to be moved over.
