Currently, javascript.options.showInConsole is on by default, which means that
JS Console will contain JS errors and warnings that occur in Mozilla's chrome.

For release builds, this option should be off by default, because web
developers, most interested in their own JS, will be irritated and distracted by
Mozilla's warnings.
