This is the whole message:
Your connection is not secure
The owner of www.icloud.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.
This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox may only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.

This is usually caused by your security software having an "HTTPS scanning" feature enabled, but not having its certificate in Firefox's trust store. The support article recommends reinstalling the software. Bug 1523900, comment 4 reports this workaround was effective.

The issue is being investigated in bug 1523701.
