We are still working on setting up test infrastructure and try access for win10/aarch64; please needinfo :egao or :gbrown if more information about the platform or additional test runs would be helpful.

awesome; is there a timeline for getting this in mozilla-central?

We can land the simple version I attached here as soon as possible.
We will spend some more time to fix the overall problem in Bug 1522149, but we can do that later.
