Steps to reproduce:

ctl-shift-delete to bring up Clear Recent History dialog box

Firefox 65.0 64 bit on Mint linux 17.3...

$ uname -a
Linux mint17-01 4.4.0-109-generic #132~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jan 9 21:46:42 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

$ sudo lshw | grep Xeon
product: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5450 @ 3.00GHz
version: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5450

Also affects an i5 machine here running same linux software versions.

Actual results:

Dialog box sometimes comes up the wrong size with buttons missing - see attached

Still works if you hit Enter though.

Cosmetic issue not seen in previous version of Firefox.

Expected results:

Dialog box should come up correct size.
