What feature should be changed? Please provide the URL of the feature if possible.

Development and production run on MySQL 5.6. 5.7 is the latest stable version.

What problems would this solve?

MySQL 5.7 has several desirable features, such as improved data integrity by default, and the ability to natively store high unicode codepoints like emoji.

Who would use this?

MDN editors

What would users see?

Less data integrity issues, and content could include emoji

What would users do? What would happen as a result?

For the most part, there should be no difference.

Is there anything else we should know?
