Ah, god damnit, Bugzilla. Sorry for the incomplete submission. Anyway, here's the bug report:
STR:
- Select "Custom" in about:preferences
- Reload the page
After reload it should show the expanded "Custom" section if I'm not mistaken, but it shows "standard" expanded while "Custom" can only be expanded with the little caret in the corner.
Erica, would you like to investigate this? It might be a regression from something else, I feel like we should have hit this in our testing and all the release cycles otherwise...

I have managed to reproduce this issue.
This is a regression:
Last good revision: 33ca2ea6b37064d12c0d4fefc81bf689396a5e57
First bad revision: 9ae7ae0acee4f8807cffaf64fef4f2e3a614b997
Mozregression seems to point out Bug 1518252 for causing this regression, same as for Bug 1524995 (which is currently being investigated by Zibi).
