Steps to reproduce:

I am using latest version that is 65.0 of Mozilla browser in my Laptop (Windows 10 professional OS).

Steps...
To clear history, In browser >In Menubar I Clicked on History and then clicked on Clear Recent History.

Actual results:

Some times in the Clear All History Dialogue Box, "Clear Now" and "Cancel" buttons are not appearing. When I repeat the same steps second time then those buttons are appearing.

Expected results:

Every time when the Clear All History dialogue box opens the "Clear Now" and "Cancel" buttons should appear on it. But sometimes those buttons are not appearing.
