Steps to reproduce:

Opened Firefox browser.
Pressed Ctrl+Shift+Delete

Actual results:

The 'Clear Recent History' dialog box appears, but is the wrong size.

Expected results:

The 'Clear Recent History' dialog box should have appeared in the correct size.

If you press 'Escape', then Ctrl+Shift+Delete again, the dialog box appears in the correct size, indicating that the box size parameters are finally correctly initialized after the initial visit.
