[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Change Windows theme to High Contrast Black.
- Launch Firefox.
- Go to Customize and change the theme to 'Light'.
- Enable the menu bar.
[Expected result]:
- The menu bar options should be visible.
[Actual result]:
- The menu bar options are barely visible.
[Regression range]:
- This looks like a recent regression, because the issue is not reproducible on the latest release (Firefox 65.0).
- Will come back with a more exact regression range ASAP.
[Additional notes]:
- This only occurs if that specific high contrast theme is enabled for windows.
- The tab names are affected by this too (barely visible).
- This issue does not occur with the 'regular' high contrast theme available in Windows 10.
- The issue was not reproducible on windows 7, so it seems this is spec
