Details

The new worker manager (bug 1478941) will provide a unified API for managing worker pools, regardless of provider. It will require a new UX to fully realize the capabilities of the new APIs.

Hassan is scheduled to pick-up this work in March 2019.

Since worker-manager is in production along with the UI, imma go ahead and hereby declare it implemented :) The bugs this used to depend on are still opened, of course, but they are more of a maintenance/development phase rather than initial implementation
