Steps to reproduce:
Pressed Ctrl+Shift+Del to clear browser history
Actual results:
Dialog opens with wrong size about 50% of the time (ClearHistory_WrongSize.png), it even opened today with half of the height, behaviour started in Firefox 65.0 (removal of group boxes in dialog)
Expected results:
Dialog always opens properly sized (ClearHistory_ProperSize.png)
