User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0
Steps to reproduce:
Tried to send an email to many people via the "To:" field.
Actual results:
it worked
Expected results:
It would be a good idea if the user receives information on how to send a mail to a larger audience. Out of privacy reasons BCC should be used instead. The user should be forced to acknowledge the message.
It could also be mentioned that such practice might lead to legal problems: https://www.golem.de/news/datenschutz-hohes-bussgeld-wegen-offenem-mail-verteiler-1902-139399.html (sorry, content is in german)

Hi Michael Clemens,
Thanks for taking your time to file this bug.
Hence this is not a bug, less/ more an enhancement request.
@Asa, Can you please need'info the product owner, so can know his/her feedback on this?

NI'ing the module owner. I don't know if there's a feature/product owner but hopefully the Module Owner will.
