STR

  1. Start Firefox, open a normal browsing window.
  2. Make sure extensions.allowPrivateBrowsingByDefault is FALSE
  3. Make sure extensions.privatebrowsing.notification is FALSE
  4. Open a private window
  5. Verify that the doorhanger explaining extensions is private windows is shown. Do not dismiss it.
  6. Close the private window. The doorhanger should now be attached to the normal window.
  7. Click on Manage Extensions

Actual Result: nothing happens
Expected Result: about:addons should be opened in a tab
