We need to add the required metrics to the right store to enable them for the ecosystem ping

Right now only the scalar browser.engagement.total_uri_count is contained in the pre-account ping (bug 1529232, so that we have one metric in there for verification of the multistore).

We want a few more, but I don't have the list.

:loines, can you:

1. Provide the list of metrics (scalars & histograms) that are required
2. Add the necessary changes (add the bug number & add record_into_store with pre-account in there.
3. Get data collection review for these metrics. If that happens all in one bug, one data collection review form with a list of all metrics should be enough.

Once these changes land the data will be automatically included (I need to double-check the schema to ensure the direct2parquet does the right thing)
