1531757 - Allow to search only in bug description (comment 0) with both Quick and Advanced Search as well as API

It's sometimes useful to search for a regex or string only in the first comment.
It will improve speed and avoid to have useless bugs (if string "foo" is in comment #1 and I'm only interested by comment #0, then I'll get that bug).

Yeah, makes sense. We need a checkbox on the Advanced Search page that allows to search description (comment 0) only.

I believe so.

• Quick Search: Add an advanced shortcut like ++description
• Advanced Search: Add a checkbox “Search only in comment 0 (bug description)”
