Steps to reproduce:

  • install firefox nightly
  • enabled media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.enabled
  • visited https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ax1BLjHLB5g
  • Right clicked and selected Picture in Picture mode
  • click firefox window in the background

Actual results:

picture in picture went to background (unable to view video)

Expected results:

Picture in Picture should stay in focus regardless of focus window
