When I go from Tablet Mode on Windows 10 to regular, the address bar pops out in Firefox and doesn't go away without restarting the program.

Turn on Tablet Mode and turn it off.

Actual results:

Address bar pops out like I'm typing in an address and doesn't go away without restarting the application.

Expected results:

The address bar should not pop out or should go away when I click elsewhere on a web page.
