1533862 - [UX] Icon assets for "about:config"

As shown in bug 1533856, we need to make sure we have 16x16 glyphs for Pen, Undo, Trash, Check, Plus, and a new Toggle icon.

A few of these icons may be available in the browser theme already, but most aren't. There may be similar ones available at a different size, but we need proper glyphs with Photon line widths.

We also can't reference similar icons from system add-ons, even if they are already in the tree and distributed.

should be based on arrows pointing left and right (see attachment)

Eric, please help make this toggle icon match other photon icons.
(when you find some time between Trailhead projects, no rush)

I made this icon based on the draft you published. But honestly, I do think that text or an actual toggle would represent this action better than an icon. Sort of like the mockup here: https://kammueller.github.io/new-config/index.html

looks good, but I am not the right person to judge if this style is ok. Let's wait for Eric's opinion for that.

The goal was to simplify a UI made for experts, that can have some learning curve, not have it be best represented. Problem with an actual toggle is that it would need to go on the beginning of the line, and text has different length per language and this takes up more space.
