User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0

Steps to reproduce:

about firefox shows build 65.0.2 and says it is up to date
go to ussa.com or go to irs.gov and click on a pdf document (eg 1040 schedule c) then try to print.

Actual results:

Instead of characters, boxes with hexadecimal numbers are printed. when I click the download button, and then open the pdf and print from acrobat, it comes out fine.

Expected results:

obviously the document should be printed as it is rendered on the screen

This will be fixed in Firefox 66, which should be released on 2019-03-19.
