arc patch lets you specify --diff instead of just the Dnnnn, this lets you apply an older revision of a differential.

It would be useful to be able to be able to specify the diff, as sometimes you want to investigate an older diff, or if a later one was messed up and pushed incorrectly, then you'd want to pull the older one as a "good" revision.
