Some Android 7.0 test failure screenshots show a warning "The ADB binary ... has serious performance problems ... Please update to a newer version ...."
The warning is probably an overstatement, but I hate to see pop-ups from the emulator while we are testing. Let's update the adb executable in both the Android 4.3 and Android 7.0 emulator packages to whatever the latest offering is.
