Narrowing the scope of this bug to cover just the disabling of layout\base\tests\marionette\test_accessiblecaret_cursor_mode.py from layout/base/tests/marionette/manifest.ini.

Also, since this appears to have something to do with a11y, linking to 1533114.

Based on the patch details I would have expected this patch to be uploaded for bug 1536283, but not this one which only covers the layout tests.

Well, as filed still a dupe of bug 1536278, which tracks the underlying problem of it. The revision on phabricator just needs an update to the correct bug id as mentioned in my last comment.

Working under assumption that it was needed, I changed the description and narrowed the scope of the bug in order to address the review comment that each individual bug was needed, as stated in the comment 2, from the original state of this bug which was an all-encompassing bug to track marionette tests being disabled.

As it stands now it isn't needed.
