Steps to reproduce:

Change feeds with "Pause Updates" checked to unchecked

Actual results:

Immediately, state changes to unchecked and shortly there after checks for new articles. Sometime later, feed changes back to "Pause Updates" checked.

Expected results:

The state of "Pause Updates" should remain whatever I have set until I change it.
