Details
I'd like a way to distinguish visited broken links from unvisited or visited links, either by setting a color for it or by using 'text-decoration:line-through;'

oh yeah. didn't read that carefully enough - sorry. it's a little whacky, but I suppose this is a legitimate RFE in that case. I guess this belongs to History, because it would need to track which links had failed.

The benefit is unclear, something not working today may work tomorrow, because of some sort of Server issue. This is something that should rather be evaluated in a spec, if necessary. Adding the possibility for add-ons to query for failed visits may also be a way.
