1537888 - Column breakpoint positions should not animate on load

When being loaded, some column breakpoint positions animate their background to a dark blue and then lock into their disabled light state.

This is really bizarre. I can't repeat and looking at the CSS code in our project, as well as the styles using Inspector, I don't see a transition or animation which applies to these elements. When I disable and enable quickly, the color change is snappy.

This might be fixed by https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1535043, which removes breakpoint loading...

I can't reproduce and was possibly fixed with Jason's reference above, so closing. Please reopen if you see it again.
