Please turn off LACP on the releng moonshot switches for:

moon-chassis-7 [MDC1] cartridge 29, 30, 31-45
moon-chassis-14 [MDC2] cartridge 31-45

It was turned off for all other cartridges previously, and kept on for 29/30 for testing but that is not needed now.
The 31-45 cartridges are new, and I want to be certain it is turned off for them also (it may already be off).

moon7 had 2 cartridges on vlan 208. pinged dhouse and he confirmed they should be on 240.

we should be good now on moon7 and moon14. can you give it a test?

<dhouse> thx. They're good. i was able to pxeboot and start the install on the two that moved, and I tested two of the new cartridges and they look good also (needing some windows imaging config still from the windows team)
