Details

3rd level folder disapear after subscription change Steps: 1. Make a new folder on IMAP account 2. Under the account created in step 1, create a subfolder (2nd level folder) 3. Under the 2nd level folder, create a 3rd level folder. 4. Go to File|Subscribe 5. 3 folders created in step 1-3 will be found checked in the subscribe window as expected. Uncheck these folders to unsubscribe them. 6. These folders should disappear from the mail program. 7. Go to File|Subscribe again 8. Find that 3rd level folder disappeared from the subscribe window. 9. Check 1st level and 2nd level folder to subscribe them again. 10. In the mail program, try to create the 3rd level folder (use the same name) under the 2nd level folder. 11. An error msg will pop up: The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: Mailbox already exists. Note: Restarting mail program or browser doesn't make any difference. Even though the 3rd level folder exists on the server side, mail program can't display it.
