Details

In 1.1 alpha, I'm not able to drag a site to create a link in the personal
toolbar. This feature worked fine for me on 1.0 working on both Windows 98 and
NT. The problem exists for me now on both operating systems. I am, however,
still able to create new bookmarks using this method.
