Historical dates seem to be offset by 1 day in the past. For example if the report is run on 3/10 0000 UTC, the historical date for the report 1 week prior is listed as 3/2 instead of 3/3.
This could possibly be fixed by bug 1540712 but still should be looked into.

It's not just the historical dates that are wrong. The current week is always wrong, too. Was not fixed by bug 1540712. From this week's report (two reports after the time was changed):
Subject: Security Bugs Report for 2019-04-14
Date: Sun, 14 Apr 2019 12:00:28 +0000
First column: "Open 04/13"
previous weeks are 7 day offsets from that.
Are the dates listed incorrectly in the report, or was the data gathered from the wrong dates?
