154116 - layout items / properties in options window are not wrapped within the window itself

when i goto edit > preferances, some of the items / properties in the catagories
are not wrapped within the options window. here is a list of all the effected
options

navigator > history
navigator > help applications
mail & newsgroups
mail & newsgroups > message display
mail & newsgroups > send format
mail & newsgroups > return receipts
privacy & security > master passwords
advanced > cache

basically, they hang out side of the options window to the right, and at the
bottom of the window.  this means i am unable to see and use those option items
in those stated catagories.

ive tried useing differant resolutions at no avail ( i run at 1152 x 864 )

monitor = iiyama vision master pro 410 ( latest drivers )

Steps to Reproduce:
1.goto edit > preferances

Actual Results:  layout probelms in preferances window

p.s please ignore my email address ;) its a temporary fixture as i do not wish
