I hit the rest API for these two bugs a couple of weeks ago, and they had severity == enhancement.

Today, they have severity == normal (even though it did not change and the history still shows the change from normal to enhancement).

Note, the other fields seem to be correct. E.g. in bug 1465872 the priority was changed at the same time as the severity, and the priority returned from the rest API is good. Also, in bug 1476862 OS and Hardware fields were changed after the severity, and they are good.

The issue is that the 'enhancement' severity has been disabled and for all these bugs it is now 'normal', but this change is not reflected in the history.
