[Steps to reproduce]

1. Open about:addons - Extensions tab
2. In another tab open an extension page (i.e: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/blatube-com/?src=search)
3. Install the extension (mark the Allow the extension to run in private Windows)
4. Switch back to about:addons tab

[Expected Results:]
The "Allowed in private windows" flag is displayed fot the installed extension

[Actual Results]
The flag is not displayed

• Refreshing the about:addons page will make the flag to be displayed

The about:addons views should be changing in 68. Adding this as a blocker to the HTML version of about:addons to make sure this bug isn't recreated there.

This is fixed in the HTML about:addons.

Enable the extensions.htmlaboutaddons.enabled pref and follow STR from comment 0.

Verified in FF68 (20190506214617) in Win7x64. The flag is now displayed as in my attachement. Can you guys confirm that this is the expected behavior in the HTML version of about:addons

I have retested the issue on Firefox 69.0a1 (20190523215203) and Firefox 68.0b3 (20190523115432) under Win 7 64-bit and Mac OS X 10.14.1.
