Armen reported that he was no longer able to log into heroku via sso. It shows the "Sorry, you do not have permission to access www.heroku.com." error message.

Armen is a member of the "heroku-members" mozillians group and has been able to access this in the past.

His mozillians link is https://mozillians.org/en-US/u/armenzg_mozilla/

Everything looks correct.

Can you confirm Armen is using the proper login URL per the Heroku SSO mana page?

If it is failing on the correct URL, it is either an IAM issue or a Heroku issue. For the later case, a support ticket with Heroku will need to be opened.

Yes ! following the url from the mana page Armen was able to log in now via sso!

I tried this https://sso.heroku.com/saml/mozillacorporation/init and it logged me in.
I signed out and I tried this https://sso.heroku.com/login with 'mozillacorporation' and it worked.
Everything seems to have come back to normal.
