Bidi : ALIGN="LEFT" for <td> and <tr> elements with DIR=RTL does not working.
Des : 1) Load the test case
2) "Table Cell" must be displayed left side. Because parent cell alignment
is set to LEFT.
3) It supported in IE 5.5
