With bug 1543212 we'll have new Android ARM64 PGO builds, but to actually ship them we'll need to enable PGO on the Nightlies (like ARMv7 Nightlies bug 1535364).

Looks like PGO has improved AArch64 Android's Speedometer score by ~9% (~22 -> ~24)! ARMv7 Android has a higher score for now because ARMv7's JavaScript JIT is more mature.
