It looks like we recently regressed some styling for the source tree that adds a blue border in the sources tree.
It would be good to see how that styling was introduced and fix the regression.
Florens mentioned that we might be loading the same styling twice...

At the moment, i'm only seeing the issue on nightly and not locally so hopefully this regression was already fixed.

Tried in the last two nightlies (20190410215612 and the previous one), and we have the correct style in Sources and in Scopes (the two places where we had this issue for a short while).
