Finding the source code and issue tracker for SearchFox is difficult. I could only find a fork of the project when I did a search for it.
It would be helpful to have a CONTRIBUTING.md, with explanations of where the issue tracker is, and how to contribute. The issues are disabled on the GitHub repo, with no link to where you need to go.

In addition there is a URL field available in the GitHub project. It would be helpful to point either to searchfox.org, or to Bugzilla.

Bug 1509263 covers making this more discoverable from searchfox.org itself. I plan to redo the front page at some point and will try to make this clearer.
