Steps to reproduce:

Visit m.youtube.com

Watch any video

Fullscreen the video

While video plays, press power button to turn off phone display

Press power button again to wake screen and unlock phone

Actual results:

The tab is locked to landscape orientation until it's closed, even if navigated to another page

Expected results:

The orientation lock should probably release when the fullscreen is interrupted by the sleep/wake
