update lando ui to support embedded transplant.

this includes but is not limited to:

• adding a table on lando's index page showing queue(s)
• adding details to revision page (logs, artefacts)
• adding cancel button to revision page
• adding ability to increase the priority of a landing request to revision page

Next step: make a mock-up of the UI described in the image on the lando-transplant.

In comment #0 glob says that we'll have a cancel/prioritize button on the revision pages themselves, do we still want this or do we just want the buttons on the queue page?

We want to keep the actions you can take just on the revision page, at least initially. If a user is on the queue page and would like to take an action they should click the revision and visit that page
