Add the initial list of landings to the home page.

Behind the ENABLE_EMBEDDED_TRANSPLANT_UI feature flag.

Requires user to be logged in (This can be removed once we finish the feature)

Uses faked API data until the api updates are completed.

Some things that could be split into a separate bug:
- making the list responsive for mobile devices
- making it more pretty
This does not include changes to the revision page that would allow users to cancel/prioritize/see details
