Details

After the ESR 68 branch is created (June-ish?) during the 68 Beta cycle, we need to stand up Fennec test automation in the ESR 68 branch so we can continue to support Fennec users.

I think this bug will mostly be a matter of verifying that we don't turn the tests off when creating the new repo (as would normally be the case for a new ESR).
