At this time, we do not currently plan to move Fennec to ESR. It would require new test automation work and we haven't finalize our plan for when to EOL Fennec or migrate Fennec users to Fenix.

Yeah, I think this is heavily tied to the decisions made for Fennec->Fenix transitioning.

WONTFIX because we are no longer investigating ESR as an EOL option for Fennec.
