Details
Some recent CSS or site changes seem to have changed the font size for code in Splinter patches. We don't use Splinter any more, but historical patches are still around. From inspection, font size seem to be 9px at 0.9em or something like that. In any case they're so small as to be unreadable.

The diff view is not a part of the Splinter. I think we haven’t modified the font size for this, the inspector says 10.8px on my Mac. I’ll try to check with a Linux VM.

Could reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 19.04, both with Firefox and Chromium. Will fix in Bug 1377977.
