User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Install Firefox under Debian, OpenSUSE or any other distro that provides vanilla Firefox and KDE Plasma.
- Add "Global menu" widget to any panel.
- Launch Firefox.
Actual results:
The menu of Firefox does not appear on the widget, it appears as usual if you click Alt.
Expected results:
The menu of Firefox shoul appear on the Global menu widget.
I attach a photo of VLC (just an example, Dolphin, Konsole, LibreOffice, Chromium etc. behave the same way). As you can see, VLC's menu appears on the top panel.
It would be nice if it worked the same way for Firefox.
UPD: I posted it from Firefox 60 (APT version from Debian-testing) but the issue is also present in the 66 branch (Snap version, Zypper version and version from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/).

Hi @mikivo, unfortunately I don't have Debian, OpenSUSE & KDE Plasma in order to test the issue. On Ubuntu 16.04 (the system that I have) only could add Global menu from Preferences->Customize->Toolbars => enable Menu bar. I don't have the Widgets option.
Additionally, I will set a component to it and waiting for dev's team to give us a hand.
