Affected versions:

Steps to reproduce:

• Launch Nightly
• Go to https://shaka-player-demo.appspot.com/demo/
• Select a multicodec video with AUDIO only, such as: "Dig the Uke" by Stefan Kartenberg (audio only, multicodec, Widevine)" and load it
• Start the video and click on the PIP toggle button

Expected Result:
The PIP feature should be disabled for videos with AUDIO only.

Actual Result:
The PIP window is created somewhere - the user can only see it and close it in the taskbar - and the main windows will have the "The video is playing in PiP mode" message.

We can't reproduce this issue anymore, closing it as Resolved:WorksForMe.
