Steps to reproduce:

I cloned gecko-dev from github on Windows and ran ./mach bootstrap from WSL.

Actual results:

Met some syntax error because of CRLF problem in build/autoconf/config.guess.

Expected results:

Cloning on CRLF-by-default environments shouldn't break mach bootstrap. Maybe we could add .gitattributes for newbies with no mercurial.
