This bug is for crash report bp-d18de0c5-c7d3-4593-a7fe-7d72b0190430.

Seen while looking at nightly crash stats but present on other branches as well: https://bit.ly/2Wd0CUJ. 9 crashes/8 installs in the last 2 weeks. Almost all the URLs on nightly are facebook.com. The crash seems to happen more often in nightly for some reason.

Somewhat similar signature back in the 61 time frame in Bug 1454430.

Bulk change of P3 carryover bugs to wontfix for 68.

No crashes in 68 release so I'm closing the bug.
