When bug #1548973 appeared, one of possibilities to track this issue was to see updates on Mozilla Discourse forum, by going to this thread:

I get:

429 Too Many Requests
nginx

or

503 Service Unavailable
No server is available to handle this request

Looks like Mozilla Discourse forum is overloaded.

We're working on a fix for this.

Sometimes these errors appears

We scaled up eventually to deal with the load, but now the load has decreased back to normal levels.
