Steps to reproduce:
Choose Options > Home > New Tabs (under New Windows and Tabs options)
Actual results:
Gives only two choices: Blank Page or Firefox Home
Expected results:
Should also include third choice "Custom URLs" just like under "Homepage and New Windows" choices.
It seems strange to me that Custom URLs has never been added as a choice for New Tabs ... when I add a new tab, I do not want a blank page (kind of useless) and I do not want the Firefox Home page ... I want to be able to choose the URL that opens when I open a new tab.
